Shipping policy

1. Order Acceptance & Processing
All orders are subject to review and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, limit quantities purchased, correct pricing or listing errors, and cancel orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment authorization and verification. Processing time is separate from shipping time.
2. Shipping Timeframes
Once processed, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on destination and carrier. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We do not guarantee delivery by a specific date unless explicitly stated in writing. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.
Shipping Carriers: We ship orders via major national carriers, which may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Amazon, or other regional carriers at our discretion. Carrier selection is based on destination, service level, and operational efficiency. We reserve the right to use alternate carriers when necessary.
Split Shipments: Orders may ship in multiple packages depending on product availability, warehouse location, size, or weight restrictions. Customers will receive separate tracking numbers where applicable. Shipping fees, if charged, apply to the total order and are not calculated per package unless otherwise stated at checkout. If one package is delivered and another is delayed, the delivered portion of the order will be considered fulfilled. Claims for lost packages must follow our Lost or Damaged Packages policy and are subject to carrier investigation.

All payments must be authorized before an order enters the processing phase. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the chosen payment method.
4. Risk of Loss & Title Transfer
All products are shipped pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title pass to the customer upon delivery of the order to the carrier. Once transferred to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, loss, theft, or damage during transit. In the event of loss or damage, we will assist in initiating a claim with the carrier where applicable; however, claim approval is subject to the carrier’s investigation and policies. In certain cases, customers may be required to provide documentation or communicate directly with the carrier to complete the claims process.
5. Delays Beyond Our Control (Force Majeure)
We are not liable for delays caused by events outside of our control, including severe weather, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, transportation interruptions, labor shortages, government actions, public health emergencies, customs delays, supply chain disruptions, or high seasonal volume. Such delays do not entitle customers to refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations once an order has shipped. An order is considered “shipped” once it has been transferred to the carrier and a tracking number has been generated.
6. Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses, missing unit numbers, delivery refusal, unclaimed packages, or returned shipments. If returned due to an address error or refusal, additional shipping fees may apply, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after processing.
7. Marked as Delivered / Stolen Packages
If tracking confirms delivery, the order is considered fulfilled. We are not responsible for stolen or missing packages after confirmed delivery. Customers should contact the carrier directly and file claims where applicable. Replacement shipments are issued at our sole discretion.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
Damaged packages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and product. Failure to notify within 48 hours may result in denial of claim. Lost shipment claims are subject to carrier investigation and approval. We reserve the right to deny claims suspected of fraud or abuse.
9. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped. Fees may vary by weight, location, or promotional offer. Free shipping promotions may exclude certain regions and may be revoked if items are returned. Once an order has been marked as shipped and tracking information has been issued, the order is no longer eligible for cancellation or refund due to shipping delays.
10. International Shipping
International delivery times vary. Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees. We are not responsible for customs delays, confiscations, or rejections. If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties, return shipping and fees may be deducted from any eligible refund.
11. Fraud Prevention & Chargebacks
We reserve the right to cancel suspicious orders, request identity verification, dispute fraudulent chargebacks, and provide proof of delivery and transaction records to payment processors. Abuse of refund or chargeback policies may result in refusal of future service.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from shipping delays or delivery failures. Our total liability for any shipping-related claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product(s) in question.
13. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping & Handling Policy at any time. Continued use of our Site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
