Wild Earth has voluntarily entered Chapter 11 to restructure our debts and position the company for long-term success. As many of you know, the plant based food space has been hard hit the last few years.
This was a necessary step to ensure we can continue doing what we do best—bringing you innovative, high-quality, and sustainable pet nutrition.
We want to reassure you: it’s business as usual at Wild Earth. Our products are still available, orders are shipping as normal, and our mission to create a better, healthier future for your pets remains unchanged.
Chapter 11 is designed to let business keep operating instead of closing down. It gives us the opportunity to reorganize our debts and finances while keeping operations running smoothly. It’s a tool many mission-driven companies have used to come back stronger, and that’s exactly what we’re doing.
